Subscription Policies
Information
By taking out a subscription, you will automatically receive recurring deliveries. You choose the frequency of the deliveries yourself when you take out the subscription. Your payment details are securely stored; you will receive an invoice for each delivery.
minimum terms
- Basic subscription: The conclusion of a subscription without price advantage, declared as 'basic subscription', requires a minimum term or minimum number of 3 deliveries. The basic subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
- Savings subscription: The conclusion of a subscription with a price advantage, declared as 'Savings subscription', requires a minimum term or minimum number of 3 deliveries. The savings subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
Management and processing of a subscription
If you have a customer account, you have the option of managing your subscription yourself and viewing it at any time, pausing it individually or ending it. To do this, log into your customer account on our homepage. In order to be able to access a subscription, the e-mail address of the customer account must match the e-mail address specified when ordering the subscription. All functions for managing the subscription, payment data or delivery addresses are then available under "My subscriptions".
