Cancellation guideline
Information
By taking out a subscription you will automatically receive recurring deliveries. You choose the frequency of deliveries yourself when you take out the subscription. Your payment details are stored securely; You will receive an invoice for each delivery.
Minimum terms
- Basic subscription: Taking out a subscription without a price advantage, declared as a 'basic subscription', requires a minimum term or minimum number of 3 deliveries. The basic subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
- Savings subscription: The conclusion of a subscription with a price advantage, declared as a 'savings subscription', requires a minimum term or minimum number of 3 deliveries. The savings subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
Managing and editing a subscription
If you have a customer account, you have the option of managing your subscription yourself and viewing it at any time, pausing it individually or ending it. To do this, log into your customer account on our homepage. In order to access a subscription, the customer account email address must match the email address provided when ordering the subscription. All functions are then available under “My Subscriptions” to manage the subscription, payment details or delivery addresses. If you do not have a customer account or are having difficulties managing your subscription, you can always call or email info@smartsleep.com wenden.
