Important information about your return
1) Register the return in the returns portal
Open our returns portal and enter your order number and the email address used for the order (you can only proceed if the information is entered correctly). Then select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
2) Confirmation & Received DHL label
After successful registration you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and DHL return label (for printing or digital use). 📌 Important: We can only provide a DHL return label for returns within Germany. Returns from abroad are at your own expense.
3) Return the package & Watch the broadcast
Pack the items securely and take your package with the label/QR code to DHL (branch, Packstation or acceptance point). 📌 Tip: Keep the proof of postage until the refund is complete. You can track the shipment status online at any time using the tracking number.
- Pillows and blankets: Tested within 30 days
- Pillowcases: Return in original packaging within 30 days
- Dietary supplements: Unopened in original packaging, within 30 days
- Fragrances: Return in original packaging within 30 days
You will find your QR code and return label in the confirmation email after registering your return. You have two options: Either show the QR code to DHL or print the return label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at DHL.
For returns within Germany, a return shipping fee of €3.99 applies.
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If you wish to return your order from abroad (i.e., outside of Germany), you will unfortunately have to bear the full cost of the return shipping yourself. We cannot provide a free return label in this case.

Please choose a shipping provider of your choice and ensure that the package has sufficient postage. 📌 Tip: Keep the receipt safe until the refund is complete.
Once we receive your return, we usually need up to 14 days to inspect it and process your refund. After larger returns, this may take longer.
📌 Tip: Please keep your postage receipt and save the email with the tracking number so you can track the status of your return at any time. We do not send a separate return receipt confirmation.
If you paid with Klarna invoice purchase, you can (and should) pause the invoice during the return process to avoid receiving a payment reminder:
- Log in to your Klarna customer account.
- Select the order and click on "Report return".
- Then select “I have returned the goods”.
This will temporarily pause your invoice until we have processed your return and the refund/credit has been issued.
