Our smartsleep Returns portal is finally here for you

Please register your return now in our new returns portal so that we can register your return and
can be processed as quickly as possible!

Defective, incomplete, or missing items cannot be reported through the returns portal, as we process them as a complaint. Please send us an email to info@smartsleep.comso that we can quickly find a suitable solution.

Please note that for all orders placed from April 16, 2025 a return fee of 3.99 € for returns within Germany.

The €3.99 will be automatically deducted from the refund once the return has been received at our warehouse.

We can only a DHL return labell if it is a return within Germany is.

Please enter a Order number and
the E-mail address Enter the shipping information you used for your order and tell us what you would like to return and why. Please note that only if you enter the correct information will you be redirected to register your return.

As soon as your return has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. Here you will find the QR code and the return label for submitting your return to DHL.

Processing time for your return:

Once your return has arrived with us, you will also receive a confirmation.

As a rule, we need after receipt of the return maximum 14 days for processing your return. This may take longer after larger Sales actions
extend.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a notification with the refund.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.

Pause Klarna invoice:

If you have chosen Klarna invoice purchase as your payment method, you can pause the invoice until the return has been processed. To do so, click on the item “Report return”
and then on “I have returned the goods”.
