smartsleep® is the brand for a restful sleep. Developed by former sleep researcher Dr. Markus Dworak, smartsleep® for innovative products for your sleep. Our supplements are developed in collaboration with experts and manufactured in Germany under high quality standards. From sleep research. For you.

Dietary supplements are used to complement a normal diet and prevent nutrient deficiencies. Under normal everyday conditions and with a balanced diet, the body is usually supplied with all essential nutrients in sufficient quantities. However, if we experience physical or mental stress, for example due to lack of sleep, increased workload, or insufficient rest, or if we neglect our daily diet, such as during business trips, the body's increased nutrient requirements can no longer be met. In these cases, dietary supplements help to meet the body's nutritional needs in a simple and safe way, thus maintaining health and performance.

The use of dietary supplements is generally not recommended for children and adolescents.

Our smartsleep® nutrient complexes consist of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other natural ingredients, specifically formulated for each product. The dosage of each ingredient is also related to the applicable nutrient reference values (NRVs) and the recommended daily intake for adults. Furthermore, dietary supplements are generally intended for individuals with increased nutritional needs (z.B. (due to stress, intense strain, or lack of sleep) or whose nutritional needs cannot be met by a balanced and healthy diet. Children and adolescents are among the most vulnerable.
This is not usually the target group.

Your body recovers during sleep and needs essential nutrients to do so. Our supplements are specially formulated for nighttime use, providing your body with these nutrients precisely when it needs them most. They are also taken before bed because many nutrients cannot be permanently stored in the body.

All smartsleep® dietary supplements are manufactured in certified production facilities in Germany under strictly controlled conditions. Production adheres strictly to legal requirements and the highest quality and hygiene standards. We also place great emphasis on sustainability and the use of high-quality raw materials. For reasons of quality and shelf life, we unfortunately cannot completely eliminate the need for light- and oxygen-impermeable packaging. However, we already use 100% recyclable materials and are constantly seeking new solutions.
