Ingredients
Water, collagen hydrolysate (11%) (origin: fish), acidifier (citric acid), dragon fruit concentrate (3.5%), passion fruit juice concentrate (3.5%), magnesium carbonate, flavoring, L-ascorbic acid, sodium hyaluronate, coenzyme Q10, zinc gluconate, bamboo extract, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), wheat ceramides, emulsifier (polysorbate 40, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, retinyl palmitate, copper gluconate, riboflavin (vitamin B2), sodium selenite, D-biotin.

Effect
Vitamin A, niacin, biotin, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin and protects cells from oxidative stress. Riboflavin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
