Out of passion for good sleep

smartsleep was founded by Dr. Markus Dworak – a sleep researcher with a doctorate and over 20 years of experience in sleep and recovery research. His scientific work took him to Harvard University and he was recognized by the German Society for Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine.

Anpassungsphase bei ergonomischen Kissen

Beim Umstieg auf ein ergonomisches Kissen kann es einige Tage dauern, bis sich der Körper an das veränderte Liegegefühl gewöhnt hat. Die Position von Kopf und Nacken unterscheidet sich häufig von der bisherigen Schlafhaltung, sodass sich Muskulatur und Körperwahrnehmung zunächst neu anpassen.
