Ingredients

How to take
We recommend taking two to three capsules per night with some liquid some time before going to bed.
Application
The smartsleep® RELAX & SLEEP capsules are used according to personal needs, but a daily dose of 3 capsules should not be exceeded. The product is free of habituation effects and is suitable as a dietary supplement for long-term use as needed.
