How to take
Simply spray one or two sprays directly into the mouth as needed, approx. 30 minutes before going to bed.
Application
To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth as needed, approx. 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).
Against jet lag: Spray 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. A positive effect occurs if at least 0.5 mg melatonin (= 1 spray) is taken on the day before departure and on the following days at the destination with a time difference.
