Would you like to return or exchange your order? No problem!

You can return the ordered items to us within 14 days. Write us a short message to info@smartsleep.de stating your name and order number so that we can accept your return and send you a corresponding shipping label.

Then send all items you want to return back to us in their original packaging. After we receive and successfully check your return, the corresponding amount will be credited to your chosen payment method in the following days or the total amount of your purchase will be reduced by the amount of the returned items.
