Order, payment & shipping

All orders are usually processed within 24 - 48 hours and handed over to the shipping service provider. Experience has shown that the delivery time within Germany is around 3 – 5 working days, delivery to other European countries around 3 – 7 working days. There may be longer processing and delivery times during promotional periods or during an increased order and shipping volume.

Delivery, returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your smartsleep® order, we of course offer you the option of returning your order to us. Pillows in the original packaging and originally sealed food supplements can be returned to us within 14 days without justification.

The return process is very simple:

1. Send us brief information about the cancellation of your order to info@smartsleep.de.

2. Our customer service will send you a return label / QR code for the return. Please note that we only assume the costs of a return if it is a return within Germany or a return from abroad
for which we are solely responsible (see cancellation policy).

3. Simply drop off your return package at the nearest DHL acceptance point.

4. After receiving and successfully inspecting your return, we will initiate the refund. The amount will be credited to the payment method you have chosen within 7 days or the total amount of your invoice will be reduced by the amount of the returned item.

Subscriptions

You need an active customer account to manage your subscription yourself. Sign up with your email address or log into your existing account. Under "My subscriptions" you have all the functions available to manage your payment details or delivery addresses and to edit, pause or end your subscriptions.

Please note: In order to be able to access a subscription, the
e-mail address of your account must match the e-mail address
given when ordering the subscription. Match address.

Questions about smartsleep® nutrient complexes

Dietary supplements are used to supplement the normal diet and to prevent nutrient deficiencies. Under "normal" everyday conditions and with the help of a balanced diet, the body is usually supplied with all the important nutrients in sufficient quantities. However, if we come under physical or mental stress, for example due to little sleep, an increased workload or less rest, or if we neglect our daily diet, for example on business trips, the body's increased need for nutrients can no longer be met. In these cases, dietary supplements help to cover the body's nutritional needs in a simple and harmless way in order to keep it healthy and efficient.

The use of dietary supplements is generally not recommended for children and adolescents.

Our smartsleep® nutrient complexes consist of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other natural ingredients that have been specially tailored to each product. The dosage of the individual ingredients is also related to the applicable nutrient reference values (NRV) and the daily recommended intake for adults. In addition, dietary supplements are generally aimed at people who have an increased need for nutrients (e.g. due to stress, intense exertion or lack of sleep) or whose nutrient needs cannot be covered by a balanced and healthy diet. As a rule, children and young people
do not belong to this target group.

All smartsleep® food supplements are manufactured in certified production facilities in Germany under strictly controlled conditions. The production takes place strictly according to the legal requirements and in compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards. We also attach great importance to sustainability and the use of high-quality raw materials. For reasons of quality and shelf life, we unfortunately cannot completely do without packaging that is impermeable to light and oxygen. But we already use 100% recyclable material and are always looking for new solutions.

When taking the smartsleep®-Liquids (ORIGINAL, IMMUNE,
BEAUTY, BEAUTY NIGHT ELIXIR) are not taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding after consultation with doctors problems to be expected. These are dietary supplements that consist exclusively of harmless ingredients. If other dietary supplements or vitamin preparations are taken in addition to smartsleep®, the recommended daily dose of individual nutrients may be exceeded. If you are unsure, you should ask your doctor for final advice.

smartsleep® capsules(SLEEP+ and RELAX & SLEEP) and the smartsleep® SLEEP SPRAY not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation. If you are unsure, the doctor treating you should be asked for final advice.

Yes, even after the best-before date has expired, our food supplements can still be taken for up to 2-3 months without hesitation.

All of our products are usually produced with a sufficiently long best-before date (MHD). The best before date
is the date up to which a product can be stored at least and consumed without losing its specific properties.

Our food supplements contain many natural ingredients that over time subject to natural degradation. After the expiry of the best-before date, some vitamins and minerals may therefore be present in the products in lower concentrations. This does not mean that our products have to be disposed of immediately after the best-before date. With a possibly slightly reduced effectiveness, the food supplements can be consumed without hesitation even after the best-before date has expired.

smartsleep® ORIGINAL is a specially developed nutrient complex (nutritional supplement) that is taken before sleeping. The
nutrients contained in smartsleep® ORIGINAL contribute, among other things, to the
normal function of the nervous system (magnesium), support the
energy metabolism (vitamin B6), protect the cells from
oxidative stress (vitamin B2) and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and
fatigue (riboflavin).

smartsleep® BEAUTY consists of important vitamins, minerals and
amino acids as well as the two essential beauty nutrients collagen and
hyaluronic acid, which support the natural regeneration of skin, hair,
nails and connective tissue.

The smartsleep® BEAUTY NIGHT ELIXIR contains the same vitamins
and minerals, but is characterized by a higher content of collagen and hyaluronic acid and contains other high-quality premium beauty nutrients such as ceramide, the coenzyme Q10 and bamboo extract with a high silicon content.

Yes, some of our products combine very well and are safe to take together or at the same time. Due to the sometimes high dosage of individual vitamins & nutrients, you should not combine our Liquids (ORIGINAL / IMMUNE / BEAUTY / BEAUTY NIGHT ELIXIR) with each other and always use per night for one each decide on the liquid nutrient mix.

Which pillow is ideal for you depends on your sleeping habits, your body constitution and your individual needs. These factors influence the selection of the shape, degree of hardness, size and height of your pillow and decide on special requirements, for example whether the pillow should have special support functions or be easy to transport.

The right pillow height corresponds to your personal need for support and depends on your preferred sleeping position as well as the shape of your head, shoulders and neck.
How to determine the optimal pillow height: If you sleep on your back, stand upright backwards (if you sleep on your side, sideways) against a wall, do not lean against it and keep your head straight. The distance between the wall and your head then roughly corresponds to your personal support needs and is best measured using a tape measure and another person.

Our smart® PILLOWS have been specially developed for different sleeping positions and differ particularly in their support, shape, size and application. In order to obtain particularly high-quality and durable products, we only use the most modern and high-quality materials. All our textiles have been tested for harmful substances and are certified with the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
The smart® SOFT PILLOWS consist of an innovative synthetic filling made of sustainable PrimaLoft® Bio™ fibers and a cover made of 100% Cotton.
All other smart® PILLOWS are made from certified viscoelastic memory foam from the CosyPur® brand, which is characterized by optimal support, effective adaptability to an individual pressure, high resistance to germs and the preservation of efficient thermal management . The standard pillow cover supplied here consists of an elastic material mix of polyester and viscose (65% / 35% or 60% / 40%).
The separately available smart® PILLOW CASES are made of 100% cotton.

Yes, all smart® PILLOWS are ideal for allergy sufferers. The breathable & anti-allergic memory foam and the high-quality synthetic fibers are free of harmful substances (OEKO-TEX Standard 100) and are characterized by a high resistance to mites and germs. The smart® PILLOW CASES are also made of durable cotton and are easy to change and clean.

We attach great importance to innovative materials, a perfect ergonomic shape and high-quality workmanship.
For our range of pillows, we primarily use the high-quality viscoelastic memory foam CosyPur® from BASF. The CosyPur® foam fundamentally differs from other foams due to its strong open-cell structure, which enables permanent air circulation in the pillow. This creates a pleasantly cool microclimate, avoiding heat build-up and perspiration.
The foam materials used in the smart® PILLOWS guarantee optimal
pressure relief for the body and ensure the highest level of comfort. In addition, the smart® PILLOWs are characterized by excellent long-term use properties and a long service life.
Each smart® PILLOW is developed and manufactured by a competent team of sleep researchers, product designers and specialized producers and undergoes several quality tests. All smart® products meet the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.

Yes, that is possible. After receiving your order, you have up to 14 days to test and try out your smart® PILLOW. If you are not satisfied with your selection, you can return the pillow to us in the original packaging within 14 days without giving a reason. The smart® SOFT PILLOW should be shaken up and aired out every day. The pillow is also washable up to 60 °C and suitable for tumble drying.
For smart® PILLOWS with a foam core, we recommend regularly airing, changing and washing the pillowcase. The foam core itself is not washable. The surface of the foam core can be carefully cleaned with a damp cloth as required. Then let it dry sufficiently.

It is normal for memory foam pillows to have a new smell immediately after unpacking and may smell a bit unpleasant at first. The slightly chemical odor typically arises during the manufacture of the foam and is unhealthy harmless and not harmful. All smart® PILLOWs are made of certified materials that have been tested for harmful substances and are produced under controlled conditions

We recommend airing out the smart® PILLOW for up to 24 hours after unpacking so that the foam can unfold freely and unwanted odors can dissipate.

In the first few years of life, children should lie flat on their backs in bed and only sleep with a pillow from the age of 3 to 4 years. The smart® KIDS ERGONOMIC PILLOW is recommended for children aged approx. 3 to 8 years due to the different heights of the pillow sides and the rather soft degree of hardness. The slightly firmer smart® KIDS COMFORT PILLOW is ideal for children aged 4 to 10 years.
! Children's growth and physical development can be very be different. Despite the age recommendation, you should therefore always check whether your child can assume a neutral and comfortable sleeping position on their pillow and whether the pillow really feels comfortable.

Our KIDS PILLOWS differ particularly in their shape and support. Which pillow is right for your child depends entirely on their physique, size and personal feelings.
The slightly softer smart® KIDS ERGONOMIC PILLOW is suitable thanks to the different heights Pillow sides for both petite and larger children who like to sleep on their side or back. In this way, the ergonomic neck support can optimally support the head. The smart® KIDS COMFORT PILLOW, with its slightly curved shape, enables flexible use in changing sleeping positions and, with medium support, is also suitable for larger and stronger children.
